We are excited to finally be able to mention that 7th Heaven has remixed three tracks from Claire Richards’ forthcoming new album, ‘Euphoria’. The excellent lead single, ‘I Surrender’, ‘Song For The Lonely’ and another (absolute banger) that you will hear about soon. Edits of our ‘I Surrender’ and ‘Song For The Lonely’ mixes appear on the Deluxe CD Edition of the album. We expect the extended 7th Heaven Mix of ‘I Surrender’ will be released over coming weeks.
We have been sworn to secrecy about these remixes for weeks. Even when probed by enquiring Steps fans, asking ‘Have you remixed Claire’s new tracks?’, we replied, ‘nothing yet’! We’re certain you’re going to love them – they are as euphoric as you’d imagine them to be.
We are massive fans of Claire and rate highly the standard of production on the album tracks we’ve heard, so we were thrilled to be asked to remix what we feel are the stand-out tracks on this stellar pop album. From song selection to Claire’s powerhouse vocal and Steve Anderson’s top-notch production it is pretty special.
The album features classic songs by legendary female singers, of which Claire writes that ‘This album is a thank you to all the incredible women that inspired me to sing!’
