The latest 7th Heaven mix approved is for US superstar Ricky Martin. Entitled ‘Come With Me’ this remix was commissioned by Sony Latin and is a US inspired big room mix. The lads last remixed Ricky during their days at Almighty, so it was a buzz to remix him again, all this time later, as 7th Heaven.

We can now officially confirm that 7th Heaven have remixed the fabulous new single from ABBA’s Agnetha Fältskog, entitled ‘Dance Your Pain Away’. Both the lads are huge ABBA fans so it was a dream come true to be asked to remix Agnetha and this amazing song. What’s more, the 7th Heaven Mirrorball Mix is the only one of the new official remixes to be released in full on the forthcoming digital package. It is released on 15th July 2013 through Verve/Universal.

7th Heaven have remixed the brilliant new Diana Vickers single, ‘Cinderella’. And what a song it is! It is due to be promoed to DJs this week and is set for release on 21st July 2013 on Silva Screen/SO Recordings.

Samantha Jade won the Australian X Factor last November, the 4th season, and has already become a huge name over there. 7th Heaven were therefore pleased to be asked to remix her new song ‘Firestarter’ for Sony, Australia. It’s a great mix of a really fantastic pop song.

7th Heaven were thrilled to be asked to remix the brilliant new LeAnn Rimes single ‘Spitfire’, for Curb in the US. The single, taken from her latest album of country-themed songs, and her last with Curb, is already released in the US. Plans are underway to release the single in other territories shortly, in the UK most likely through Rhino/Warner Bros. The 7th Heaven mix of ‘Spitfire’ is a big room monster! It will be serviced to US DJs shortly.

Planned for a mid-July release, 7th Heaven ft. Katherine Ellis ‘Love Is Alive’, will be the first track issued on 7th Heaven’s digital label, 7H Label. It features 2 mixes produced by 7th Heaven – the Original Mix and the brand new Club Mix. It is is due to be club promoted soon through top DJ-promo company Poparazzi. Jon and Andy were thrilled to hear that The Wanted ‘Walks Like Rihanna’ is #1 this week in the MW Commercial Pop Top 30 chart. The 7th Heaven mix heads up the remix package on this soon-to-be massive UK chart hit. Huge thanks to Tracey Webb at Poparazzi and to UK DJs for getting it there!

Fans of all things fun, uplifting and camp will definitely appreciate this! It’s the forthcoming fabulous big Pride party tune by DJ Stonedog ft. Thara Banda, entitled ‘Big Gay Anthem’, which has been remixed to perfection by StarLab, 7th Heaven’s pop alias. The StarLab sound leans more towards the pure-pop production style that Jon Dixon created while working at Almighty. The StarLab Mix of ‘Big Gay Anthem’, which was originally produced by producer Matt Pop, is due for release in a couple of weeks on digital label, Volume Up. You’ll be hearing a lot more about StarLab during 2013, so watch this space.

Once in a while a pop song comes along that makes you realise that pop music is far from dying, it is very much alive. The Wanted’s latest awesome single ‘Walks Like Rihanna’ is one such example. It is brilliant. This is a top calibre, top pop tune which needed a top calibre, top pop remix team on it, to do it justice. Well that’s what you’ve got. 7th Heaven lead the remix package with a belter of a peaktime remix that will be played everywhere over the next few weeks. The mixes were serviced via Poparazzi yesterday and the the track is set for release on Island on 23rd June 2013.

Jon and Andy are thrilled to announce the forthcoming launch of their exciting new digital dance label, to be known quite simply as 7H LABEL Distributed via The Orchard, the first release will be 7th Heaven ft.
