7th Heaven have remixed the latest single from Chew Lips for Family/Sony. Currently on promo now, this is without a doubt one of the best 7th Heaven mixes of the year. A superb song too.

Some wondered if it would ever see the light of day, but on the 9th July 2012, Newton’s long awaited album was finally released. Issued on new dance label U4iA (through Interscope Digital Distribution), ‘Time To Believe’ is a 13 track album part-produced and completely remixed by StarLab, 7th Heaven’s pop alias. It features tracks such as these 2 Newton favourites ‘Sometimes When We Touch’ and ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ plus several original songs and 2 superb new covers, ‘Pandora’s Box’ (the OMD classic) and ‘(Feels Like) Heaven’ (the 80s Friction Factory hit).

Due for release in early August, in the US and the UK, through Cherrytree/Interscope, is the latest amazing new single, ‘Turn Up The Love’, from Far East Movement featuring Cover Drive. Topping the package which includes mixes from Seamus Haji and Manhattan Clique is a mix from 7th Heaven – one of the best this year we feel. We have been informed that our mix will be the main mix on the digital release – great news eh?

Released just last week in the US, the latest cut from the much acclaimed Emeli Sandé album ‘Our Version of Events’, is ‘Daddy’, featuring a stunning club mix by 7th Heaven. The much anticipated 7th Heaven remix of Eurovision 2012 winner Loreen’s ‘Euphoria’ features exclusively on the July edition of the DJ-only promo disc CD Pool ‘DANCE’. Professional DJs can order it here – http://www.cdpool.com/catalogue/dance Eurovision and 7th Heaven fans are campaigning to get this mix, regarded by many to be the best mix of the song commissioned, to released commercially across all territories. Not released until mid September, but due to be club promoted to UK DJs shortly is the fab 7th Heaven remix of the brand new and really quite excellent Daisy Hicks song, ‘Electric Love’ for Avenue Road. You can hear a clip of the mix on the Showreels page of this site.

7th Heaven have remixed the fab dubut single from last year’s X Factor contestants 2 Shoes (aka Charley Bird and Lucy Texeira). The duo have recorded a cover of the Kathy Brown dance classic ‘Turn Me On (Turn Me Out)’, which is set for release on 12th August on AATW. We are told this mix will appear on the digital release.

We are thrilled to announce that 7th Heaven have remixed the awesome new single from Rebecca Ferguson entitled ‘Backtrack’ for Syco/Epic. It really is a staggeringly good song and 7th Heaven deliver a peaktime anthem of a mix. This is the X Factor star’s fourth single in the UK and will also be her next single in the US.

Sweden’s entry to the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest on 26th May in Baku, Azerbaijan, Loreen’s awesome ‘Euphoria’, has been remixed by 7th Heaven, for Warner Bros. This really quite epic mix comes in at over 8 mins and is an exciting new and powerful sound for 7th Heaven that we think you’ll love. It due to be club promoted next week to UK DJs. It is still the bookies’ favourite to win so we at 7th Heaven central would like to wish Loreen the best of luck for the big event!

A recently completed 7th Heaven mix is ‘Unbreakable’ for Swiss brother duo Sinplus (aka Ivan and Gabriel Broggini). The lads will represent Switzerland in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest on 26th May in Baku, Azerbaijan. The very poppy 7th Heaven remix will be released in a few weeks.
