The 7th Heaven lads have just completed a remix of the amazing new single from Jason Derulo entitled ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’. Certain to be massive on radio and in the clubs, this awesome pop song features the line ‘Daylight come and we don’t wanna go home’, a fun play on the familiar ‘Banana Boat Song’ made famous by Harry Belafonte. It also features a predominate sample of Robin S’s 1993 No.1 hit ‘Show Me Love’. It was mailed to DJs on Friday through Concrete Promotions and is released on 20th June 2011 on Beluga Heights/Warner Bros.

One of our favourite Swedish pop artists, Velvet, is back with an amazing new track entitled ‘Love Struck’. It features a brilliant peak time, hands in the air mix from 7th Heaven. It is set for release in the summer on Extensive Music UK.

7th Heaven have remixed ‘Pretty Girl Rock’, the latest fabulous single from US dance diva Keri Hilson. It is set for release 3rd July on Interscope.

About to go out on promo is the 7th Heaven remix of Vato Gonzalez ft. Foreign Beggars ‘Badman Riddim (Jump)’ for Ministry Of Sound/Levels. The track is being hammered on BBC Radio 1. 7th Heaven’s peak time mix gives the song a more mainstream feel. You can hear a clip of the mix on the Showreels page of this site.

The hotly anticipated new Tinchy Stryder track ‘Spaceship’ has been remixed by 7th Heaven. This future UK hit, due for release on June 12th on Island, features Dappy from N-Dubz. We’ve been informed that our mix will be included in the digital release.

7th Heaven have remixed the forthcoming new single from Talay Riley entitled ‘Make You Mine’ for Jive. It is due to be club promoted very soon and is set for release in early July.

Approved this week by Epic in the US, is the 7th Heaven remix of the exciting and rather fabulous new Shakira track ‘Rabiosa’. 2 language versions have been completed – one in Spanish featuring El Cata and another in English featuring Pitbull. It’s quite an epic sounding mix with more of a peak time feel than previous Shakira remixes. At this stage, no date has been set for a UK release. Watch this space for more info.

7th Heaven have remixed girl group Wonderland’s fabulous new single entitled ‘Starlight’. It is due to be club promoted first week of April and is set for release on 22nd May on Mercury.

The first project 7th Heaven have completed for Decca is Mary-Jess (surname Leaverland), who was the winner of the Chinese X Factor, and previous winner of the Undiscovered Youth Talent Contest. It is a beautiful pop opera-style song called ‘Glorious’.

We’ve just heard that 2 tracks 7th Heaven remixed are proving extremely popular with the DJs in the MW DJ charts this week – Milk & Sugar vs. Vaya Con Dios ‘Hey (Nah Neh Nah)’ sits impressively at #1 in both the Club and Pop while McFly ‘That’s The Truth’ is #6 in the Pop! Last week Chris Willis ‘Louder (Put Your Hands Up)’ peaked at an admirable #2 in the Pop chart. Huge thanks to the guys at DJ promo companies Poparazzi and Eurosolution, and of course to all the DJs, for supporting these 7th Heaven remixed projects.
