Completed and approved earlier in the summer, a 7th Heaven remix of Swedish pop star (and heartthrob) Darin’s europop hit ‘Superstar’. We chased hard to get this one, partly because weI love him and partly because Iwe love the track.
I believe the label’s plan is to hold this remix back to issue with his next single, due this autumn. It’s one of the strongest 7th Heaven remixes of the year

We’re pleased to announce that 7th Heaven has remixed the French 1982 pop classic ‘Africa’ by Rose Laurens. It is due for release on all usual platforms on 4th October and it is fabulous!
The English version, titled ‘Africa (Voodoo Nights)’, became a smash hit in many countries in 1984.
We’re thrilled to announce that 7th Heaven has produced Ross Alexander’s upcoming single, a great rework of Fiction Factory’s 80s classic ‘(Feels Like) Heaven’.
7th Heaven’s Jon Dixon delivers a commercial yet cool production suitable for prime-time radio. Laden with lush live instruments and a hauntingly close vocal to the Fiction Factory original. It is taken from Ross’ long-awaited third album “The Long Journey Home’, set for release in March 2023.
We’ve worked with Ross for more than a decade. We have a lot of admiration for Ross’ who produces all his own vocals and who self-funds his releases on his Pumpin’ UK Media label.

A 7th Heaven remix we’ve been excited to announce for some weeks is Aussie producer Nick Jay & Jean Luc’s epic reworking of the seminal trance classic Delirium’s ‘Silence’. And boy is it a belter!
Nick is releasing multiple remixes over a four week period.
7th Heaven’s remix will be released over all usual platforms on October 28th. The extended mix November 11th.
We’re delighted to say there are a fair amount of new 7th Heaven remixes to announce over coming weeks, starting with this excellent new track from Croatian disco/nu disco project, Groovetastic, masterminded by Davor Devčić & Anđelko Preradović.
The band’s press release reads… Davor has been professionally working in the music industry for more than 35 years. Currently, he specializes in various commercials and TV adverts for many Croatian & international clients. But his first love was the funk & disco sound (he made numerous remixes in disco house style under artistic name D3), so this is natural step further. Anđelko has been working in a record company for more than 20 years, and his reaction to the idea was very fast and inspiring. The only thing missing was Sabina Špoljar, brand new female name & face on the scene, so chemistry was very important. ‘Ja Sam Posljednja’ (I Am The Last One) is also a track that was used for the audition, so it is very emotional to see that everything was worth it and functional. Single is available from September 19th.
For a first single, Groovetastic asked for support by international remix power producers 7th Heaven. Response was quick and honest, remix was created in their inspired manner.
7th Heaven has worked in their career on tracks by Kylie Minogue, Jason Derulo, Ariana Grande, Earth, Wind & Fire, Communards, Katy Perry, Freemasons, Loleatta Holloway, Simply Red, Carly Simon, Scissor Sisters, Marc Almond, Erasure, Whitney Houston, Giorgio Moroder, Maroon 5 and Enrique Iglesias, just to name a few.
The remix is set for release on October 10th, over all usual digital stores.
Yay! At last, the official but so far unused 7th Heaven remixes of Steps’ ‘A Hundred Years Of Winter’ are released on the ‘Platinum Party’ editions of the group’s new ‘Platinum Collection’ album. They’re available to preorder now.
This was one of our favourite 7th Heaven remixes of 2021, so we are thrilled it is finally being released.
The set also includes the much-requested Extended Mix of the 7th Heaven co-produced cover of ‘The Runner’.

Released today, on all usual platforms, the Remixes EP of Steps’ ‘Hard 2 Forget’, complete with the 7th Heaven remixes.
Steps’ excellent new single ‘Hard 2 Forget’ is released this Thursday, 7th July, and we’re thrilled to say that 7th Heaven has remixed it. We’re unsure as to when our remix will be released/promoed. Remix EPs usually follow a few weeks after the single drops with Steps, so we’re imagining it will be the same plan with this.
We’ll keep you posted but be very excited – it’s a HUGE remix!
7th Heaven has remixed this superb new version of Michael Jackson’s 1988 hit ‘Man In The Mirror’, performed by The Cast Of Thriller Live ft. Siedah Garrett.
As you’d imagine, it’s a big, euphoric dance mix – Jon Dixon doing what he does so brilliantly.
